If you are bored from regular hummus recipe, this is a good alternative.
You can check original Hummus recipe from here. The only thing you need to do additionally is to add Red Beet.
- Wash 1 red beet, take off the skin and cut it into small pieces.
- When the chickpeas are cooked, open the pan and add the red beets. It is better to add the red beets at the end as when it is cooked long, it loses its taste and nutrition value. Nevertheless, if you don’t want strong and fresh red beet taste, you can add earlier too.
- Then, drain the chickpeas and the rest you know from original recipe.
